Somehow or another I forgot to update the blog lol. I guess it really was easy to do though since not a lot has gotten done sadly. I have been running around like a chicken with my head cut off the past few days. I have really been buckling down this evening though and getting stuff done.

New list

The custom list for this go around is actually fairly short, buuuuutttt the orders aren't lol. I think I have some of the biggest orders I have ever taken on. I'm not complaining though ;). It will just be interesting to see how long it actually takes me to do a couple of these. Now those are going to be some bright and fun pictures to share when I am finished though!

Shanna N: have you ever had a vision in your mind of something and then when you go to do it you realize what you were thinking wouldn't work? Yup it took me a few days to figure out how to make sandwich bags =X. Oh and did I mention that I am slow as malasis doing fitteds since I never make them? Don't hate me now!! I do have the first few things done and almost done cutting the fitteds. I just need your answer on the inners, or else you are just getting bv, as if that is a bad thing huh? (I totally just wrote you a novel)

Previews are up

I actually got the previews up before the morning of lol. I still have a couple more things I am going to be working on tomorrow, but by tomorrow night everything should be listed. That was the bulk of everything anyway. I have also added the new fabrics to photobucket. They are all wovens this time. Also this stocking is almost all boy! I am so tired of everyone saying there is nothing for boys available, well there ya go there is a lot of boy stuff!!! Its not the same old same ol either. I even avoided the skull prints as hard as that was for me ;). Next time I plan to mix it up and have more girl stuff. I don't think I will have any all girl stockings though, sorry ladies! Now it is bed time before I fall asleep typing.

A little bad news

Well the time came and I had to do something I have been putting off for along time. I had to raise the prices =/. It is not a drastic jump in price but an increase non the less. I really did dread doing it and have been listening to everyone hound me about it for awhile now lol. No one hate me!
Now some better news. I got a few new prints available! I plan to get those listed up tomorrow night. I have been working on instock all weekend and have some good stuff done already. I hope to have lots more done before it goes live Wednesday. I always have big plans for lots of things done but somehow I always have bigger plans then I really get done lol. So we shall see.
Now the last of the customs for this round until next week =).

Good golly

That was a lot of hits to the blog today, ready for this number......79! Yes in just one day lol. For all that read it sorry it was boring and not as exciting as you were probably hoping for =).
So is everyone ready for more custom slots?? I am ready! I am just about done with all the customs. I will have them done by tomorrow...woot. I plan to use the weekend to get lots of instock done. I have so many ideas flying through my head, I really hope I can get them all done.

More done

My oldest son has safely arrived at his grandmas house so now I can get back to the ol' grind. I didn't realize how much of my time was going to get sucked away packing for him and spending every last second with him lol. I fell a little behind but I should be able to bounce back and get all these done by the 16th. At this point I doubt I will be able to stock my store this week. I think I am going to skip it and just take the time to get a good amount done so I can actually have a really good stocking the next week. I have so many ideas in my head I can't wait to get them done with =).

Ack Sorry!!

For those of you who I said your diapers would ship on 7/7 apparently I lied =X. They will not go out until tomorrow 7/9. I have been so busy doing family things that they never made it to the post office. I kick it old school and take all the packages into the post office, none of that printing them at home stuff for me lol. But yeah my oldest son is getting ready to leave me for 2 months on Friday so we are trying to get in lots of time with him before he heads out and forgets all about us while being spoiled by his Grandma.
I am not going to repost the top of the list from a few days ago, instead just pretend the date is different on that post.

Where are the updates?

That is a question that has been asked to me a few times today lol. I guess I was slacking or really busy sewing, you can pick the answer ;). This weeks custom list is a lot longer then it has been lately so I really have been buckling down and sewing a lot. Not only do I have the customs to get done but I am supposed to stock the congo on Thursday. I still need to figure out what I am going to do for that since it is a farmers market theme. I was thinking about using some of my cute fruit prints. As always ideas are always welcome.
So the poll has ended and it looks like most everyone wants to see pictures of the finished custom items. I can't guarantee that I will do that for every single order since a lot of times I am half awake by the time I am packaging them up that I forget the pictures. It happens sometimes. Another thing if someone has an order they do not want pics posted, just let me know. Now to the list with some pictures!

Ok it doesn't look as bad written out here =). Also according to the poll so far most people want to see the finished pictures of the customs so more then likely next time I have a shipped next to a name the items will be there too.

Slim Stocking

I didn't get much done in the way of instock this week. I had big plans for things but certain fabrics never came in and other things I just never got to. So this stocking is pretty much just for the custom slots. Oh and I added some new fabrics too. They are all wovens. I do have some knits but so far I am being greedy with them and don't want to share =P.
